Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and all winnings voided without exception.

You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You are not currently under any self-exclusion, suspension, or ban from this or any other gambling platform. You are not accessing actoto's services while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that impairs your judgment. You are participating in gambling activities voluntarily, of your own free will, and for entertainment purposes only.
Prohibited Users: The following individuals are explicitly prohibited from registering or using actoto: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal; (c) individuals on any national or international gambling exclusion list; (d) employees of actoto or its affiliated companies; (e) immediate family members of actoto employees.
To use actoto's services, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to: full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. All information provided must be truthful and verifiable. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) Account with actoto. Creating multiple Accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. If actoto detects multiple Accounts registered to the same individual (as determined by matching personal information, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment methods, or other technical means), actoto reserves the right to suspend all related Accounts, void all bets, cancel all bonuses, and forfeit all balances without prior notice or recourse.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication methods). You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately notify actoto's customer support team and change your password. actoto is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
actoto is required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), requires you to submit government-issued identification (Indonesian KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within the last 90 days), and verification of your payment method (bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot showing your name and account number). Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension. All documents submitted during KYC are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
actoto supports deposits and withdrawals in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following verified financial channels: Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI, OCBC NISP) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All payment methods must be registered in the User's legal name as verified during KYC. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not belonging to the User) are strictly prohibited and will be reversed.
Deposits are typically processed instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. actoto does not charge any fees for deposits, though your financial institution may impose its own transaction fees. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the Platform at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. There is no maximum deposit limit, though actoto recommends using deposit limit tools available in your Account settings as part of responsible gaming practices.
Withdrawals may be requested at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 5-15 minutes; bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.) are typically processed within 15-60 minutes. All withdrawal processing times are calculated from the moment actoto approves the request, excluding time required for KYC verification or additional security checks. actoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for large withdrawals or suspicious activity patterns.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Platform at the time of request and typically range from IDR 50,000 to IDR 100,000 depending on the payment method. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on your Account verification level and payment method. Users who have not completed full KYC verification may be subject to lower withdrawal limits. actoto does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. Expedited processing (if offered) may carry additional fees disclosed at the time of request.
actoto is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All deposits must be wagered at least once (1x wagering) before the deposited amount can be withdrawn. This requirement applies even if no bonus was claimed. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. actoto reserves the right to request additional documentation or conduct enhanced due diligence for any transaction that raises AML concerns, including but not limited to: rapid deposits and withdrawals with minimal gameplay, transaction patterns inconsistent with stated occupation or income level, or transactions originating from high-risk jurisdictions.
actoto offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotion page and must be read in full before claiming. Bonuses are discretionary offers and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and sometimes the associated deposit) must be wagered before resulting winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a IDR 100,000 bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place IDR 3,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion terms (typically 7-30 days). Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period results in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Not all games contribute equally toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, meaning every IDR 1,000 wagered counts as IDR 1,000 toward the requirement. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) typically contribute 10-20%. Live dealer games may contribute 10% or be excluded entirely. Specific contribution rates are published in each promotion's terms and conditions. Bets placed on excluded games while an active bonus is in your Account will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in bonus forfeiture.
While an active bonus is in your Account, a maximum bet limit applies to prevent bonus abuse. The standard maximum bet limit is IDR 25,000 per spin or hand, though this may vary by promotion. Exceeding the maximum bet limit while clearing bonus wagering requirements is considered a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and potential Account suspension.
actoto reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate Accounts in cases of suspected bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly, coordinated play with other Users to guarantee profits, exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities, and any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion. actoto's decision regarding bonus abuse is final and binding.
All games offered on actoto are provided by licensed third-party software providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others) and are independently audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are published for each slot and casino game and represent the statistical long-term payout rate. RTP is calculated over millions of rounds and does not guarantee individual session results. actoto does not control or manipulate game outcomes.
All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the market in question. In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, actoto follows standard industry settlement rules as published on the Platform. Live betting (in-play betting) is offered on selected events, and odds fluctuate in real time based on match developments. actoto reserves the right to suspend betting on any market at any time. In cases of obvious pricing errors ("palpable errors"), actoto reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
In the event of a game disconnection (due to internet connectivity issues, server problems, or other technical failures), any bet in progress at the time of disconnection will be resolved according to the game provider's disconnection policy. For slots, the spin result is typically determined server-side and will be credited to your Account upon reconnection. For live dealer games, the hand or round will be completed and settled according to game rules. actoto is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond our control.
The following betting strategies and behaviors are strictly prohibited: collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, use of automated betting software or bots, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities, and hedging bets across multiple Accounts or platforms to guarantee profits. Detection of prohibited betting strategies will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and potential legal action.

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through actoto are the exclusive property of actoto or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. The actoto name, logo, and all related marks are registered trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use actoto's services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:
Any unauthorized use of actoto's intellectual property may result in legal action and claims for damages.
actoto strives to maintain continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server failures, or events beyond our control (force majeure). actoto is not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, provided such downtime is not the result of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.
actoto's services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that any particular game, market, or feature will be available at any given time. We do not warrant that you will win or that your use of the Platform will be profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, actoto's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. actoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You acknowledge and agree that you use actoto at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make while using the Platform, including decisions regarding deposits, bets, and gameplay. actoto does not provide gambling advice and does not endorse any particular betting strategy. You are solely responsible for managing your bankroll and ensuring your gambling remains within your financial means. actoto encourages all Users to utilize responsible gaming tools and to seek help if gambling is negatively affecting your life.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting actoto's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification. actoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) you fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; (d) we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive; or (e) we determine, in our sole discretion, that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to actoto, other Users, or the integrity of our services. In cases of Account termination for breach of Terms, actoto reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, void all pending bets, and cancel all bonuses.
Upon termination of your Account, your right to access and use actoto's services immediately ceases. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution clauses) shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which actoto's international operating license is issued. To the extent permitted by law, Indonesian law shall apply to matters related to User eligibility, capacity to contract, and the enforceability of these Terms within Indonesian territory.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of actoto's services, you agree to first contact actoto's customer support team in good faith to attempt to resolve the matter informally. If an informal resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the jurisdiction governing actoto's license. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
